Shipping Information

CPAP equipment from the following manufacturers can not be shipped out of the United States. ResMed, Respironics, Puritan Bennett and DeVilbiss.

Availability

  • Orders for in stock items placed by 3 PM Central time will be shipped the same business day, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders for items that require a prescription will be placed on hold until the prescription is received. Click here for prescription requirements
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

UPS Shipping

  • Standard delivery is UPS 1-5 day ground. See a UPS Time in Transit Map
  • Upgraded options are available at an additional charge. (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select) **
  • Shipping charges calculated during checkout are estimates only for U.S. destinations using UPS with insurance. Actual costs may differ from the estimated cost. If there is a difference in expected shipping charges (to the greater), you will be notified by email.
  • Delivery times apply to in-stock items only. You will be notified by e-mail if an item is out of stock and when it is expected to be received to complete the order. Orders may be split up if an item is out of stock or at our option.

Domestic


48 Contiguous States

We offer free UPS ground shipping, within the 48 contiguous states, on all orders over $75. There are upgraded options available if you choose, at an additional cost ** . On free shipping offers, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. Orders may be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Serivce (USPS) at our discretion.

Hawaii and Alaska

For orders to AK and HI, UPS standard rates will apply. There are upgraded options available if you choose, at an additional cost ** .

**Note : UPS calculates Air shipments by dimensional weight. Due to this, the actual shipping charge could differ greatly from the estimated shipping (usually lower). If you have any questions, please contact us for actual shipping charges.

International

CPAP equipment from the following manufacturers can not be shipped out of the United States ResMed, Respironics, Puritan Bennett and DeVilbiss.

Canada

We ship UPS Standard to Canada. Published rates will apply to all shipments to Canada. UPS will pay the brokerage charge to get your package out of customs. They will recover this charge from you, and collect any import taxes or fees that the Canadian government may require, at the time of delivery. These charges are in addition to the shipping charge we collect during the order process. Feel free to contact us with any questions or shipping estimates.

All other Countries

Orders will be shipped using UPS Worldwide with package tracking, unless otherwise specified by us. For international orders, any import tax, tariffs, fees or dues which are assessed, are the customer's sole responsibility. Shipping cost will be determined based on current UPS rates. Actual costs may differ from the estimated cost. If there is a difference in expected shipping charges, you will be notified by email.

  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Money orders are also accepted. Please contact us to make arrangements.
