CPAP equipment from the following manufacturers can not be shipped out of the United States. ResMed, Respironics and Puritan Bennett.
Availability
- Orders for in stock items placed by 3 PM Central time will be shipped the same business day, Monday through Friday.
- Orders for items that require a prescription will be placed on hold until the prescription is received. Click here for prescription requirements
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

UPS Shipping
- Standard delivery is UPS 1-5 day ground. See a UPS Time in Transit Map
- Upgraded options are available at an additional charge. (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select) **
- Shipping charges calculated during checkout are estimates only for U.S. destinations using UPS with insurance. Actual costs may differ from the estimated cost. If there is a difference in expected shipping charges (to the greater), you will be notified by email.
- Delivery times apply to in-stock items only. You will be notified by e-mail if an item is out of stock and when it is expected to be received to complete the order. Orders may be split up if an item is out of stock or at our option.
Domestic
48 Contiguous States
We offer free UPS ground shipping, within the 48 contiguous states, on all orders over $75. There are upgraded options available if you choose, at an additional cost ** . On free shipping offers, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. Orders may be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Serivce (USPS) at our discretion.
Hawaii and Alaska
For orders to AK and HI, UPS standard rates will apply. There are upgraded options available if you choose, at an additional cost ** .
**Note : UPS calculates Air shipments by dimensional weight. Due to this, the actual shipping charge could differ greatly from the estimated shipping (usually lower). If you have any questions, please contact us for actual shipping charges.
International Shipments
CPAP equipment from the following manufacturers can not be shipped out of the United States ResMed, Respironics, Puritan Bennett and DeVilbiss.
All International shipments must clear the Customs in your country which can delay the arrival of your order.
Please be sure to read all of the information below BEFORE placing your order.
You can calculate approximate US Postal shipping costs by clicking on the link below or copying and pasting the address below into your browser:

- Then select your Country from the pull down menu.
- Use 54020 in the “send from” zip code and an average of 2 pounds for a mask.
- This should get you reasonably close to actual costs.
Please use the link provided above to get an estimate on shipping cost BEFORE you place your order.
If you would like to approve the shipping totals BEFORE the shipping charges are applied to your account and the shipment goes out, please indicate this on the ‘Special Instructions’ when placing your order.
We will hold your order open for 2 days waiting for your decision to approve the order and shipping costs after which time your order will be canceled, your charge card credited and all items will be returned to our inventory.
Actual shipping costs are determined and charged to your credit card when the total weight and destination for your order is known and by having your complete contact information on your order.
PLEASE NOTE! If you refuse delivery for any reason after your order has been shipped, you will still be charged all shipping costs for the shipment to you and ALL costs for having your order returned to us.
